If I decide to cancel the commission (for whatever reason) you will receive a full refund
RevisionsI will offer free unlimited revisions during the sketching phase
During colouring and rendering: up to 3 free small revisions
For major revisions, additions, etc during later stages that extend the scope above or the agreed price, I reserve the right to charge additional fees and extend the final delivery deadline
I will provide frequent updates, so please work with me as well as you can and don't be afraid to ask for changes!
You must not use generative AI on the WIPs I provide you with
Deadlines and DeliveryTurnaround time is up to 3 months after I receive payment. This is to give myself time without pressure, as I'm new to commissions and might have a busy schedule. I won't offer rush fees or deadlines set before turnaround time
Product will be delivered digitally via email or DMs, based on your preferences
Please reply to my messages on time. If I send a WIP and there is no feedback within 7 days, I will move on with the commission without input. If you don't contact me for another 7 days (14 days total) I may cancel your commission
If you delay communication several times, I reserve the right to extend the final delivery date
